Barbell set 30 kg

This versatile barbell set is perfect for training the chest muscles, biceps, arms, triceps and back muscles. It contains two plates of 5 kg, four plates of 2 kg, four plates of 1.25 kg, a barbell and two dumbbells. The set has a total weight of approximately 30 kg.

This set allows the user to choose how much weight they want to lift for different exercises. The plates are made of cement with a plastic sleeve, they can easily be locked onto the barbell with the included spring locks. The weight of each plate is clearly marked for quick and easy identification.
