The bench is equipped with an adjustable backrest. The backrest supports your back and shoulders during training. The barbell set consists of solid chrome-plated bars with quick-acting spring locks (for barbells), non-slip knurled handles and grooved screw caps (for barbells) for secure attachment of the weight plates. You can train without having to worry about safety issues. The weights are made of a robust polyethylene housing. They can be combined in different ways for different training purposes.
The delivery includes a training bench, a barbell bar, two dumbbell bars, six 1.25 kg weight plates, four 2.5 kg weight plates, four 5 kg weight plates, two 10 kg weight plates, four caps and two spring collars.
